The FAIS Act together with NCA, FICA, CONSUMER PROTECTION BILL, FINANCIAL LAWS AMENDMENT BILL, PRECCA etc., generally creates an administration nightmare for clients.
In response to this, FINRITE continually addresses legislative requirements to ease the burden of compliance by respective clients.
