We also offer various IT solution to debit and credit card facilities taking into account stringent security protocols.

SQL server is our preferred database backend but we are open to client requests.  We are able to integrate into other data back ends using web services, replication or client specific packages.


FINRITE Systems


FINRITE developed the innovative Electronic Administration System (FEAS), which caters for high volume insurance product administration in particular.  The emphasis is placed on the capturing of consumer data electronically in a unique user-friendly manner.  Through this system, FINRITE is regarded as the pioneer of electronic insurance product administration and leads the way in the virtual insurance office.

This system is scalable and currently handles more than 38 000 electronic fax insurance claims and applications per month.

In addition, we have sophisticated contact centre capabilities with a 100 seats currently in operation and call volumes exceeding 60 000 per month.  We are able to address first call client resolution thus ensuring the customer experience remains convenient and hassle free.
